Se destacan tanto el asombro inicial como las oportunidades y riesgos percibidos: desde el potencial para transformar procesos de aprendizaje y producción de conocimiento hasta los problemas derivados de la autoría, el plagio y la autenticidad. El texto subraya que la IAG no crea ex nihilo, sino que recombina datos y patrones previamente existentes a gran velocidad mediante algoritmos de deep learning. Desde una perspectiva ética y humanista, el autor defiende que la clave está en guiar esta tecnología con principios claros, integrando su uso responsable en la educación, la investigación y la vida social.
