La sintomatología se ha caracterizado por sensación de no ser suficiente, baja autoestima, respuestas evitativas y procrastinación y un marcado diálogo interno basado en exigencias. La intervención se basó en un modelo integrador, teniendo en cuenta aspectos de Terapias Cognitivo- Conductuales, Terapia Centrada en la Compasión, Terapia de Esquemas y Terapia Gestalt. La evaluación se llevó a cabo a través de la combinación de herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas (FMPS/MPS-F, FSCRS-SF, RRS, RSE, ZBI). Los resultados muestran una disminución de los rasgos de perfeccionismo desadaptativo y autoexigencia, mejoras en el diálogo interno y por ende, en la autoestima, así como un aumento de la toma de conciencia de las propias necesidades. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos, se apoya y fomenta el uso de un modelo integrador, a través de la incorporación de factores de las terapias Cognitivo-Conductual, terapias humanistas y gestálticas. The single-case study analyzed the relationship between variables such as maladaptive perfectionism and self-criticism, Impostor Syndrome (IS), the caregiver role, and self- regulation capacity. The symptoms were charecterized by feeling of inadequacy, low self- esteem, avoidande behaviors and procrastination, and a marked internal dialogue based on demanding behaviors. The intervention was base don an integrative model, incorporating aspectos of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. The assessment was conducted using a combination of qualitative and quantitative tools (FMPS/MPS-F, FSCRS-SF, RRS, RSE, ZBI). The results show a decrease in maladaptative perfectionism and self-criticism, improvements in internal dialogue and, consequently, in self-esteem, as well as increased awareness of one´s own needs.
