La revisión sistemática se llevó a cabo conforme a las directrices de la Declaración PRISA 2020. La búsqueda bibliográfica se realizó en las bases de datos PUBMED, Cochrane Library, PsyINFO, y Psychological & Behavioral Science Collection. Finalmente se seleccionaron los 13 artículos que conforman la revisión. Los hallazgos informaron de una prevalencia de VO entre 30.7 y 78.4%, manifestada principalmente mediante la medicalización rutinaria, la atención no consentida y la violencia verbal. Los resultados confirman que la VO es un predictor significativo para el Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático (TEPT), con una prevalencia de hasta 54.3% en algunos contextos; y la Depresión Postparto (DPP), que afecta entre el 19 y 35.4% de las mujeres expuestas a VO intraparto. Asimismo se observó un deterioro general del bienestar psicológico y funcional de las mujeres durante el periodo postparto. Factores como el apoyo social, la amabilidad y el respecto a la autonomía, actuaron como factores protectores clave. Los resultados subrayan la urgencia hacia un cambio en el modelo asistencial, que ofrezca un trato humanizado durante el proceso de parto. The aim of this systematic review is to synthesize the scientific evidence on the psychological consequences of intrapartum obstetric violence (OV), identify its main manifestations, and analyze the associated risk and protective factors. The systematic review was carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the PRISA 2020 Declaration. The literature search was conducted in the databases PUBMED, Cochrane Library, PsyINFO, and Psychological & Behavioral Science Collection. Finally, the 13 articles that make up the review were selected. The findings reported a prevalence of OV between 30.7 and 78.4%, manifested mainly by routine medicalization, non-consensual care, and verbal violence. The results confirm that PO is a significant predictor for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a prevalence of up to 54.3% in some contexts; and Postpartum Depression (PPD), which affects between 19 and 35.4% of women exposed to intrapartum PO. A general deterioration of the psychological and functional well-being of women was also observed during the postpartum period. Factors such as social support, kindness and respect for autonomy acted as key protective factors.
