La reforma de los abusos y agresiones sexuales a menores operada por la LO 1/2015

Abstract

Este trabajo versa sobre la reforma del Código Penal relativa a los abusos y agresiones sexuales a menores de dieciséis años, operada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2015, de 30 de Marzo. Esta reforma se debe en gran parte a la transposición de la Directiva 2011/93/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 13 de diciembre de 2011. En este trabajo primeramente se ha mencionado el objetivo y la finalidad de la Directiva, luego se han expuesto los artículos que ha introducido la misma en relación a los abusos y agresiones a menores de dieciséis años, posteriormente se ha procedido a analizar los del Código Penal, tanto el tipo como las sanciones para finalmente compararlos con los del anterior Código Penal y extraer las correspondientes conclusiones.

This work deals with the reform of the Penal Code on sexual abuse and sexual abuse of minors under the age of sixteen, operated by Organic Law 1/2015, of March 30. This reform is due in large part to the transposition of Directive 2011/93 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011.
