La reflexión se apoya en el pasaje bíblico de Mateo 14, donde Jesús invita a no tener miedo y a confiar en Él en medio de la tormenta. El mensaje central es que, aunque la fe se tambalee, Dios permanece presente y ofrece su mano para sostenernos. El texto propone actitudes de oración, silencio y diálogo interior, así como la importancia de sentirse acompañado.
