This book has been specifically designed for undergraduate students taking the course in Operations Research who aim to deepen their theoretical understanding while developing practical problem-solving skills. It covers a range of essential topics, including linear and nonlinear programming, integer and mixed programming, multi objective optimization, project planning, decision theory, and queueing theory. Each chapter includes a selection of practical examples inspired by real-world situations, intended to facilitate the connection between theory and its application. While some solutions are provided as references, the majority of exercises are intended to be solved independently, thereby promoting active learning and the strengthening of core competencies. This book is not only a key resource for consolidating knowledge but also an intellectual challenge that will enable students to tackle complex Operations Research problems with confidence in a demanding academic environment.
