A través de la mediación de Miguel Ángel Fiorito, esta lectura rahneriana influyó decisivamente en la formación espiritual y teológica de Jorge Mario Bergoglio. Although mistakenly attributed to Saint Ignatius, this maxim was reinterpreted by the Jesuit theologian Hugo Rahner as a synthetic expression of Ignatian mysticism, characterized by a Christ-like tension between openness to the ever-greater God and concrete incarnation in history. Through the mediation of Miguel Ángel Fiorito, this Rahnerian reading had a decisive influence on the spiritual and theological formation of Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
