Además, las altas tasas de depresión, suicidio y alcoholismo reflejan la necesidad de implantar estrategias preventivas. Por ello, la educación sanitaria en Ilulissat es esencial para ofrecer a la población herramientas que les permitan identificar signos de alarma y solicitar ayuda para reducir la incidencia de esas afecciones. 3.2 OBJETIVOS El principal objetivo de este TFG es capacitar a la población de Ilulissat en la prevención y manejo de la depresión, el suicidio y alcoholismo mediante la adquisición de conocimientos teóricos y prácticos. Para ello, se implementará un proyecto educativo con sesiones impartidas por profesionales sanitarios. Se pretende que los participantes adquieran los conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para identificar signos de alarma relacionados con dichas patologías y promover estilos de vida saludables que mejoren la calidad de vida en poblaciones aisladas. 3.3 METODOLOGÍA Y RECURSOS En este proyecto predomina el enfoque participativo y se trabajan las tres dimensiones; la cognitiva, con la adquisición de conceptos sobre la salud mental y consumo de alcohol; la emocional, fomentando la expresión de sentimientos; y la esfera de habilidades, a través de actividades que permitan aplicar lo aprendido en la teoría a la práctica. Habrá 2 grupos de, como máximo, 20 participantes en cada uno, con un total de 4 sesiones y con una duración de 2 horas por sesión. Se impartirán por especialistas en Educación para la Salud y se emplearán los materiales y recursos necesarios. Además, se fomentará el debate y la resolución de casos prácticos que simulen la realidad sociocultural de Groenlandia. 3.4 EVALUACIÓN Y CONCLUSIONES Se evaluará la eficacia de los contenidos impartidos y la consecución de objetivos al final de cada sesión mediante encuestas. De esta forma, se mejorará la identificación y prevención de problemas de salud mental y alcoholismo en Ilulissat, destacando la importancia de la enfermería y de la educación sanitaria en comunidades asiladas con escasez de recursos. 4.1 INTRODUCTION Access to healthcare in Greenland is hampered by the island's geographic isolation and adverse climate, resulting in a shortage of resources and healthcare personnel, thus impacting the population's health. Participants are expected to acquire the knowledge and tools necessary to identify warning signs related to these conditions and promote healthy lifestyles that improve the quality of life in isolated populations. 4.3 METHODOLOGY AND RESOURCES This project focuses on a participatory approach, addressing three dimensions: the cognitive, with the acquisition of concepts about mental health and alcohol consumption; the emotional, encouraging the expression of feelings; and the skills-based, through activities that allow students to apply what they have learned in theory to practice. There will be two groups of a maximum of 20 participants each, with a total of four sessions lasting two hours. The sessions will be taught by health education specialists, and the necessary materials and resources will be used. In addition, discussion and the resolution of practical cases simulating the sociocultural reality of Greenland will be encouraged. 4.4 ASSESMENT AND CONCLUSIONS The effectiveness of the content taught, and the achievement of objectives will be evaluated at the end of each session through questionaries.
