<dim:field element="description" qualifier="abstract" language="es-ES" mdschema="dc">La metodología aprendizaje basado en retos o Challenge Based Learning (CBL) consiste en un enfoque pedagógico de aprendizaje experiencial que acerca a los estudiantes a una problemática real, involucrándolos en una situación particular que el docente considere interesante abordar, con el objetivo de que plantee soluciones realizables. En esta comunicación se presenta el diseño y el desarrollo de una experiencia de CBL, entre estudiantes de Relaciones internacionales que cursaron en 2019 la asignatura de Técnicas de Investigación Sociológica y la ONG OXFAM Intermón. Se trata de una experiencia innovadora puesto que se basa en la comprensión de un concepto central en la sociedad actual: la desigualdad y en una investigación sociológica que intenta responder a un reto planteado por la ONG OXFAM Intermón, pionera en trabajar con la desigualdad.</dim:field>
<dim:field element="description" qualifier="abstract" language="en-GB" mdschema="dc">The methodology Challenge Based Learning (CBL) consists on an experiential learning pedagogical approach that brings students closer to a real problem, engaging them in a particular situation that professors consider interesting to address, with the aim of proposing achievable solutions. This communication presents the design and development of a CBL experience among International Relations students who studied the Sociological Research Techniques subject and the NGO OXFAM Intermón in 2019. It is an innovative experience since it is based on the understanding of a central concept in today’s society: inequality and on sociological research that attempts to respond to a challenge posed by the NGO OXFAM, a pioneer in working with inequality.</dim:field>
