La pérdida de un hijo es un proceso difícil, marcado por el dolor y la negación. Este TFG pretende facilitarlo mediante el tiempo de calidad con los niños, fortaleciendo vínculos y creando recuerdos. Además, se promueve un ambiente seguro para abordar temas tabú y validar emociones. Estas estrategias buscan brindar apoyo emocional y herramientas para afrontar el duelo de manera más saludable.Objetivo: Mejorar el afrontamiento a través de la identificación de las emociones, del paciente pediátrico y sus familias, aceptándolas como validas y la creación de un espacio en el cual se puede hablar de la muerte sin tabúes. Metodología: Se realizará un proyecto educativo en el Salón de Actos del Hospital Materno- Infantil Gregorio Marañón destinado a los pacientes y familiares del área de cuidados paliativos pediátricos hospitalizadas de la Zona Básica de Salud del Área Única de Ibiza. Implicaciones para la práctica enfermera: Incluyen la humanización del cuidado, la mejora de la comunicación con el niño y la familia, reforzando el acompañamiento integral y la sensibilización de los cuidados paliativos pediátricos. Introduction: Pediatric palliative care seeks to improve the quality of life of children with advanced illnesses and to support their families emotionally. The loss of a child is a difficult process, marked by grief and denial. This TFG aims to facilitate this through quality time with the children, strengthening bonds and creating memories. In addition, a safe environment is promoted to address taboo topics and validate emotions. These strategies seek to provide emotional support and tools to cope with grief in a healthier way.
