Abstract

El capítulo reflexiona filosóficamente sobre la relación entre inteligencia artificial y relaciones humanas desde la exigencia de la filosofía primera. Los autores parten de la vida humana como corporeidad, alteridad y sentido, rechazando la analogía hardware/software para explicar la existencia humana. Frente a una comprensión meramente instrumental de la razón y de la tecnología, defienden que la vida humana se constituye en la experiencia corporal, en la intimidad y en la relación con los otros. La IA puede funcionar como herramienta útil, pero carece de experiencia corporal, compasión, reciprocidad y vivencia de la alteridad radical. Por ello, no puede sustituir la comunicación humana ni asumir plenamente la justicia. El capítulo concluye que las relaciones humanas exigen comunidad, intersubjetividad y responsabilidad moral.

The chapter offers a philosophical reflection on the relationship between artificial intelligence and human relations from the perspective of first philosophy. The authors begin with human life understood as corporeality, alterity, and meaning, rejecting the hardware/software analogy as an explanation of human existence. Against a merely instrumental view of reason and technology, they argue that human life is constituted through bodily experience, intimacy, and relationships with others. AI may serve as a useful tool, but it lacks bodily experience, compassion, reciprocity, and the lived experience of radical alterity. Therefore, it cannot replace human communication or fully assume justice. The chapter concludes that genuine human relations require community, intersubjectivity, and moral responsibility, leaving justice in the hands of embodied human beings.
