Funcionamiento psicológico en mujeres prostituidas medido a través del test de Rorschach, DBN y PBL

Abstract

En esta investigación se pretendió aportar una aproximación a las características psicológicas de un grupo de nueve mujeres prostituidas, atendidas en el Centro de Acogida Villa Teresita (Madrid y Valencia) utilizando Técnicas Proyectivas. El Test de Rorschach -Sistema Comprehensivo- para adentrarnos en su estructura y dinámica de personalidad. El Dibujo de un Nido de Pájaros (DBN) para detectar indicadores de su tipo de apego. Y el Dibujo de una Persona bajo la Lluvia (PBL) para evaluar estrés percibido y recursos de afrontamiento ante situaciones estresantes. Hallamos diferencias significativas en muchos de los índices del Sumario Estructural respecto a dos grupos de no-pacientes que tomamos como valores normativos (Exner y Erdberg, 2005; Miralles, 2005). También mayor presencia de indicadores de apego inseguro en el DBN y diferencias significativas, en la misma prueba, respecto a un grupo de mujeres no-pacientes (Miralles, 2009). Encontramos, por último, indicadores de estrés y déficits en sus recursos de afrontamiento en sus resultados del PBL. Algunos de los datos obtenidos nos llevan a plantear como futuras líneas de investigación, la presencia de déficit en el acceso al pensamiento simbólico en esta población, como posible explicación de los indicadores de distorsión de la realidad observados, y disociación como mecanismo de defensa ante la intensidad del trauma sufrido durante el ejercicio de la prostitución.

This research intended to provide an approach to the psychological characteristics of a group of nine prostituted women, met in the Villa Teresita Host Center (in Madrid and Valencia) using Projective Techniques. The Rorschach Test (Ro) - Comprehensive System - to get into their personality structure and dynamics. The Bird´s Nest Drawing (BND) to detect attachment style indicators. Finally, Draw-a-Person-in-the-Rain (DAPR) to evaluate perceived stress and coping resources for stressful situations. We find significant differences in many of the raters of the Structural Summary regarding two groups of non patients that we took as normative values (Exner & Erdberg, 2005; Miralles, 2005). We also find more insecure attachment indicators in the BND and significant differences, in the same test, with respect to a non patient group of women (Miralles, 2009). We finally find presence of stress indicators and deficits in coping resources in DARP results. Some of the obtained data lead us to consider as future research lines, the presence of a deficit in access to symbolic thinking in this population, as a possible explanation for the observed reality distortion indicators, and dissociation as a defense mechanism against the intensity of the trauma suffered during the exercise of prostitution.
