Derechos y contractualismo en el pensamiento liberal
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This essay studies the concept of freedom John Locke ́s philosophy. First, it studies the concept of State of Nature in both Locke and Hobbes and the concept idea Locke has of natural rights. Secondly, it analyses the concept of Social Contract for Locke and the right to property as a mean to ensure freedom. Finally a brief chapter is dedicated to neoliberalism theories in order to contrast them with John Locke ́s theory.
