Abstract

En el presente artículo se ofrece una selección y comentario de las novedades legislativas y jurisprudenciales, canónicas y civiles, más relevantes para la Vida Religiosa en España durante el año 2015. Por su especial importancia para la vida y misión de los Institutos, la reforma de la normativa relativa al Registro de Entidades Religiosas ocupa un lugar destacado. Se ofrece, en este punto, un comentario más extenso para facilitar la comprensión y aplicación práctica de la nueva regulación.

In this article, a selection and commentary of legislative and case-law changes, both in civil and canon law, are offered; all of them were considered the most relevant for Religious Life in Spain during the year 2015. Because of its special importance for the life and mission of the Institutes, the reform in regulations of the Religious Institutes Registry occupies a prominent place. Regarding this point, a more extensive commentary is offered to facilitate the understanding and practical implementation of the new regulations.
