El propósito de este artículo es presentar una práctica de gestión empresarial alternativa para el sector del Patrimonio Cultural diferente del modelo tradicional de ayuda pública. Estas alternativas se fundamentan principalmente en técnicas de Esponsorización y Mecenazgo así como en las más nuevas e innovadoras de Colaboración Público Privada (PPP). Estas nuevas prácticas. una vez correctamente ejecutadas como se explica en el artículo, no sólo permitirán preservar y mejorar el sector sino también añadirán valor a repartir entre todos sus portadores de intereses. The purpose of this paper is to present alternative management practice methods for the Cultural Heritage Sector apart from the traditional public support model. These alternatives rely on Sponsorship and Patronage as well as the newer and more innovative Public Private Partnership (PPP). These new practiques when properly performed as stated in this article, will not only preserve and improve the sector but also allow more value to be distributed among all stakeholders.
