Fashion Law: el auge de una tendencia jurídica

Abstract

El estudio del Fashion Law o Derecho de la moda está creciendo. La moda es un fenómeno con relevancia global, tanto psicológica, como sociológica y económica y por ello el conocimiento de los aspectos jurídicos que respaldan la industria es fundamental. Se hará un breve análisis de la industria de la moda. Se estudiará el auge del Fashion Law como especialidad jurídica y su posible autonomía. Se realizará delimitación breve de su contenido y se mencionarán brevemente sus expectativas de futuro.

The study of Fashion Law is growing. Fashion is a phenomenon with global relevance, both psychological, sociological and economic and therefore the knowledge of the legal aspects that support the industry is essential. A brief analysis of the fashion industry will be made. The rise of Fashion Law as a legal specialty with a certain autonomy will be analyzed. A brief delimitation of its content will be made, and a forecast of the future will be mentioned.
