Abstract

Se ha hablado muchas veces de las raíces protestantes (lo que conduce a una matriz protestante) de la modernidad. En este trabajo se analizan el problema desde el ángulo político-jurídico.

The protestant roots (or the protestant matrix) of modern times is a well established thesis. This paper shows the question from a legal-political point of view.
