Efectividad del tratamiento mediante técnicas miofasciales profundas sobre la fascia lumbar para disminuir el área del centro de gravedad y mejorar la repartición de cargas en el apoyo plantar

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este estudio es averiguar si la técnica miofascial profunda para la fascia lumbar puede provocar cambios en el área del centro de gravedad de un paciente sano, junto con una cambios de la repartición de cargas en el apoyo plantar monopodal del mismo. Este estudio presentará una metodología de estudio pre-post, realizando una primera medición con la plataforma de presiones Zebrix, obteniendo los valores del área de la elipse del centro de gravedad y la repartición de cargas del paciente en el apoyo monopodal antes del tratamiento, aplicando este inmediatamente después y una vez terminemos con la intervención elegida, realizaremos la medición de nuevo, para tratar de ver las diferencias tras la aplicación de la técnica miofascial profunda en la fascia lumbar.

The principal aim of this study is to find out if the myofascial treatment and techniques, for the lumbar fascia can produce changes at the area of the gravity center from a healthy patient, together with changes at the distribution of weights in the stand on a monopodal one. This study will present a methodology pre-post, realizing the first measurement with the pressure platform Zebrix, obtaining the values from the area of the gravity center and the distribution of weights from the patients in a monopodal support before the treatment, applying this one immediately after and as soon as this ends, we will repeat the measurement, trying to find out the differences after the application of the deep myofascial tissue techniques in the lumbar fascia.
