Abstract

Estamos probablemente ante uno de los artículos de derecho privado más interpretado, re-escrito y confuso que ha perimetrado la prenda, y específicamente, la prenda de créditos. Parece que, esta vez sí, el legislador de 2015 sí ofrece una solución algo más satisfactoria. Pero el conflicto entre acreedores sigue incólume.

We are probably facing one of the most interpreted, rewritten and confused articles of private law that the garment has designed, and specifically, the pledge of credits. It seems that, this time, the legislator of 2015 does offer a somewhat more satisfactory solution. But the conflict and the protection of the credit among creditors continues unabated.
