Es uno de los trastornos neurológicos más comunes de la infancia. Principalmente se clasifican según su localización en hemiplejia, diplejía y cuadriplejia y según su afectación del tono en espasticidad, distonía, atetosis o ataxia. Objetivo: Valorar la eficacia de un programa intensivo de tratamiento de fisioterapia junto con Therasuit frente a un programa intensivo de tratamiento de fisioterapia sin Therasuit en pacientes con CP en la valoración de la función motora gruesa. Metodología: En este estudio se realiza un estudio analítico, experimental puro, aleatorio con simple ciego modificado. Consta de 212 sujetos de nivel I a III en la escala GMFCS, repartidos en dos grupos. El grupo experimental recibe un programa intensivo de tratamiento de fisioterapia junto con Therasuit y el grupo control solamente recibe el programa intensivo de tratamiento de fisioterapia. El estudio tiene una duración de tres horas diarias, cinco días a la semana durante cuatro semanas. Se realizarán dos mediciones, pre y post tratamiento con la escala GMFM-88. Los datos se analizarán con el programa SPSS Stadistics, versión 22.0. It is one of the most common neurological disorder in childhood. It can be classified according to its location in hemiplegia, diplegia and quiadriplegua and according to its involvement of the tone, in spasticity, dystonia, atetosis or ataxia. Objective: Assess the efficacy of an intensive physiotherapy program along with Therasuit versus an intensive physiotherapy program without Therasuit in patients with CP in the assessment of gross motor function. Methods: It is a pure analytical, experimental, randomized study with a simple- blind. With a sample of 212 subjects from level I to III on the GMFCS scale, divided into two groups. The experimental group receives a treatment based on an intensive physiotherapy program along with Therasuit and the control group receives only the intensive physiotherapy program. Each subject participates in the study three hours a day, five days a week for four weeks. Both groups received two measurements, before and after treatment with GMFM-88 scale.
