Análisis de las políticas de Israel hacia la población palestina y su posible vinculación con un régimen de apartheid

Abstract

Desde la creación del Estado de Israel, el sionismo político y los valores judíos han influenciado las leyes de Israel. Han sido varias las medidas y prácticas políticas llevadas a cabo por el Estado hebreo que han hecho que los palestinos vean sus derechos reducidos en comparación con los judíos. El presente trabajo pretende analizar las políticas y leyes del Estado de Israel hacia la población palestina, tanto dentro como fuera de los territorios palestinos ocupados, con el objetivo de determinar si estas prácticas son discriminatorias y, de ser así, si se podrían vincular con el crimen del apartheid que se define en el Estatuto de Roma de la Corte Penal Internacional.

Since the creation of the State of Israel, political Zionism and Jewish values have influenced the laws of Israel. Various political measures and practices carried out by the Hebrew state have reduced Palestinians' rights compared to Jews. This paper seeks to analyze the policies and laws of the State of Israel towards the Palestinian population, both inside and outside the occupied Palestinian territories, in order to determine whether these practices are discriminatory and, if so, whether they could be linked to the crime of apartheid as defined in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
