Abogado y código deontológico. Sus principios de actuación

Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo una reflexión detallada de la figura del abogado y de su código de actuación. A través de este estudio trataremos de conocer el papel que van a jugar la justicia y le ética en la profesión de abogado, a la vez que intentaremos paliar la gran incomprensión social que hay acerca de las afirmaciones del Código Deontológico de la Abogacía, el cual está encaminado en hacer de la justicia el norte y el horizonte de la actividad profesional del abogado, aportando a ésta un carácter ético incuestionable.

Para hacer de este Trabajo una obra rica en distintas perspectivas y aportaciones, a lo largo de nuestra reflexión nos ayudaremos de distintos autores reconocidos, abogados ejercientes y profesores de universidad que ya han reflexionado sobre el tema a tratar previamente. De este modo, trataremos de encontrar un equilibrio entre el saber y la experiencia indagadora.

The objective of this Final Degree is to carry out a detailed reflection on the figure of the lawyer and his or her code of action. Through this study we will try to know the role that justice and ethics are going to play in the legal profession, at the same time as we will try to alleviate the great social incomprehension that there is about the statements of the Code of Ethics of Lawyers, which is aimed at making justice the north and the horizon of the professional activity of the lawyer, giving it an unquestionable ethical character.

In order to make this Work a work rich in different perspectives and contributions, throughout our reflection we will be helped by different recognized authors, practicing lawyers and university professors who have already reflected on the subject to be dealt with previously. In this way, we will try to find a balance between knowledge and inquiring experience.
