PROYECTO DE INSTALACIÓN DE GASOCENTRO.

Abstract

El proyecto tiene como objeto el diseño mecánico y la ejecución de un gasocentro. Este tipo de instalación tiene como función principal el almacenamiento y distribución de gasóleos. El documento presentado tiene como objetivo el cumplimiento de las normas, así como la obtención de las licencias y permisos necesarios para la realización de las obras y la posterior puesta en marcha del gasocentro. La instalación deberá almacenar gasóleo B (para uso agrícola) y C (para calefacción), a la vez de asegurar que satisface la demanda del combustible en la zona seleccionada. El terreno se encuentra en el polígono industrial del municipio de Manzanares, en la provincia de Ciudad Real, con fácil acceso a la carretera y a las autovías que facilitarán el suministro de gasóleo a localidades dentro de un radio de unos 50km, tanto para uso doméstico como agrícola. Para la elección del emplazamiento se han tenido en cuenta la escasez de este tipo de instalaciones en el área, la gran actividad agrícola en la zona de abastecimiento, así como la cercanía del gasocentro a la refinería de Puertollano y al punto de almacenaje del Alcázar de San Juan, lo que reducirá los costes de adquisición del gasóleo. Para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del gasocentro, se tendrán las siguientes instalaciones y zonas: zonas de almacenamiento y abastecimiento del combustible, edificio principal, redes de agua, red de tuberías, equipos mecánicos, instalación eléctrica y zona de aparcamiento. A su vez, se ha realizado un estudio económico para establecer la demanda del gasóleo en la zona y para verificar la rentabilidad del proyecto. Partiendo de una inversión inicial de 463.422,87 €, se ha obtenido un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de 431.040,92 € y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 18,47%.

The project presented aims at the mechanical design and execution of a diesel storage center. The main function of this type of installation is the storage and distribution of gas oils. The document presented aims to comply with the regulations, as well as obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to carry out the works and the subsequent commissioning of the diesel storage center. The installation must store diesel B (for agricultural use) and C (for heating), at the same time ensuring that it satisfies the fuel demand in the selected area. The land is placed in the industrial area from the municipality of Manzanares, in the province of Ciudad Real, with easy access to the road and highways that will facilitate the diesel supply to other localities within a radius of about 50km, both for domestic and agricultural use. For the choice of location, the shortage of this type of facilities in the area, the high agricultural activity in the supply area, as well as the proximity of the facility to the Puertollano refinery and to the storage point of the Alcázar de San Juan, which will reduce the cost of gas oil purchases, are some of the reasons considered.To ensure the correct operation of the gasocentro, the following facilities and zones will be available: storage and supply area, main building, water systems, oil pipe system, mechanical equipment, electrical installation and parking area. At the same time, an economic study has been carried out to establish the oil demand in the area and to verify the profitability of the project. Based on an initial investment of 463.422,87€, a Net Present Value (NPV) of 431.040,92€ was obtained and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18,47%.
