Influencia de los estereotipos de género en la elección de estudios universitarios

Abstract

Con este trabajo se pretende evidenciar, si existe o no una brecha de género en la elección de estudios universitarios explicando en su defecto, las causas de dicha segregación. Y sobre los resultados de dicho análisis, plantear estrategias globales de intervención en los distintos estadios de socialización diferencial que pudieran impulsar la reducción de esta brecha. Finalmente, parece pertinente, constatar cómo se comporta en este terreno la Universidad Pontificia Comillas, analizando tras los números de la distribución de solicitudes y de matrícula por facultades y por género, si existe segregación horizontal formativa.

With this work it is tried to demonstrate, if it exists or not a gap of kind in the choice of university studies explaining in his fault, the reasons of the above mentioned segregation. And on the results of the above mentioned analysis, to raise global strategies of intervention in the different stadiums of differential socialization that could stimulate the reduction of this gap. Finally, it seems to be pertinent, to state how Pontificia Comillas behaves in this area the University, analyzing after the numbers of the distribution of requests and of matriculation for powers and for kind, if there exists horizontal formative segregation.
