PROYECTO PARA LA CLIMATIZACIÓN DE UNA NAVE INDUSTRIAL Y OFICINAS ANEXAS

Abstract

Planificación de la instalación de climatización de una nave industrial y sus oficinas anexas en la Comunidad de Madrid. El proyecto se ha dividido en partes que se han ejecutado en el siguiente orden (ya que hay dependencias entre sí): definición de las características del edificio, cálculo de cargas térmicas, cálculo de las redes hidráulicas, selección de equipos y componentes, realización de planos y esquemas de principio, presupuesto y pliego de condiciones. Todas las consideraciones e hipótesis planteadas se han considerado desde la normativa vigente. Para ello, se han aportado cinco documentos, que recogerán el proceso seguido durante la realización del proyecto, así como todos los resultados y las conclusiones a las que se han llegado. Estos documentos son: (1) Memoria Descriptiva, (2) Anexos, (3) Planos, (4) Pliego de Condiciones y (5) Presupuesto.

The purpose of the present project is to design and programme the air conditioning system installation of an industrial plant and its attached offices in the Community of Madrid. The planning of the installation has been divided into parts that follow this sequence: definition of building facilities, thermal loads calculation, definition of the air-conditioning system, hydraulic networks, equipment and component's selection, realization of drawings and diagrams, budget of the project and project specification's drafting. Every assumption and/or hypothesis has been considered complying with the current regulation. As a result, five documents have been attached, in order to reflect the steps taken for the completion of the project. These documents are: (1) Descriptive Memory, (2) Annexes, (3) Drawings, (4) Project Specifications and (5) Budget.
