Unity Prevails over Conflict. Pope Francis' Ecumenism

Abstract

Este libro describe en cuatro capítulos el compromiso ecuménico del Papa Francisco, comenzando por el examen de sus primeros pasos y primeros gestos de su pontificado cargados de potencia ecuménico (1); a continuación rastrea las raíces de este talante en su biografía y en su condición de Pastor de la Iglesia en Argentina al servicio del bien común y de la existencia en paz (2); en tercer lugar presenta la contribución personal de Francisco al ecumenismo en el diálogo con las Iglesias ortodoxas y con las Iglesias y comunidades cristianas surgidas de la Reforma promovida por Lutero (3); el libro se cierra con el examen del programa ecuménico del Papa contenido en su documento programático Evangelii gaudium.
