dc.description.abstract | The primary objective of this paper is to achieve an adequate understanding of the notion of Justice. In that spirit, three areas of study have been selected: a legal, a Christian and a Marxist approach. The study of these different conceptions has been conducted through a profuse analysis of the main attributes that define Justice in each perspective. Determining the core features of the idea of Justice in these distinct areas allow us to point out what are the similarities and differences between them. The ultimate intention is to draw attention to the fact that, in order to accomplish a broader understanding of Justice, we must withdraw from any partial conception, focusing instead in adopting a more global, universal vision. | en-GB |
