Antecedentes de la violencia filio-parental

Abstract

El presente estudio trata de comprender de forma sintetizada y global los antecedentes y causas del fenómeno de violencia filio-parental. Para ello, se ha tomado como marco de referencia la Teoría de los Sistemas Ecológicos propuesta por Urie Bronfenbrenner, que toma en consideración los distintos entornos o sistemas en los que el individuo se desarrolla y que están en constante interacción con él. Con ello, se ha tratado de obtener una visión global y sintetizadora de los múltiples factores que intervienen en la presencia de conductas violentas de los hijos hacia sus progenitores. Con la intención de comprender su evolución histórica, se ofrece una revisión de las investigaciones que han sido de mayor relevancia, desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad. Finalmente, la reciente reacción social frente a este fenómeno ha traído consigo una ineludible adaptación a nivel jurídico en España, mediante la introducción de Leyes que han tenido como objeto la reforma del Código Penal, tipificándose esta forma de violencia como una tipología delictiva concreta.

The following study is aimed at understanding the background and causes of children-father violence in a synthesized manner. For this purpose, the Theory of Ecological Systems proposed by Urie Bronfenbrenner has been taken as a reference framework, which takes into consideration the different environments or systems in which the individual develops, and which are in constant interaction with him/her. In this context, the study has tried to obtain a global and synthesizing vision of the multiple factors involved in the presence of violent behavior by children towards their parents. Finally, the resent social reaction to this phenomenom has brought with it an unavoidable adaptation at the legal level in Spain, through the introduction of laws that have been aimed at reforming the Criminal Code, typifying this form of violence as a specific crime.
