Crédito horario sindical y problemáticas de actualidad

Abstract

Los representantes de los trabajadores son órganos esenciales para el buen funcionamiento de la vida laboral y la defensa de los intereses de los trabajadores. Por eso me parece interesante e importante estudiar cuáles son los medios que tienen a su disposición para lograr este objetivo. El crédito horario es una de las garantías que se les atribuye, y permite que puedan ejercer de manera pacífica su función de representación, dentro de un cuadro legal. Pero este crédito confiere al trabajador representante un derecho más amplio que incluye varias competencias dentro e incluso fuera de la empresa, como entre otras “elaboraciones de informes y consultas, reuniones con trabajadores, con sindicatos, cursos, charlas informales, visitas y, en general, todas las que se desprenden del art. 64 del Estatuto de los trabajadores” el objetivo de este trabajo es entender cuáles son los temas de actualidad que se discuten sobre el crédito horario.

Workers' representatives are essential bodies for the proper functioning of working life and the defence of workers' interests. That is why I think it is interesting and important to consider what means are available to them to achieve this objective. Hourly credit is one of the guarantees attributed to them, and it allows them to peacefully exercise their representative function, within a legal framework. But this credit confers on the worker representative a wider right that includes several competences inside and even outside the company, such as among others "reports and consultations, meetings with workers, with trade unions, courses, informal talks, visits and, in general, all those that arise from art. 64 of the Workers' Statute". The aim of this paper is to understand what are the current issues being discussed about hours credit.
