Climatización de un hotel en Cuenca, España.

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es el estudio y desiño de un sistema de climatización para un hotel situado en la ciudad de Cuenca. Para llevar a cabo esto se debe de tener en cuenta que todas las decisiones e ideas adoptadas deben de estar conforme al reglamento técnico y legal actual. El hotel está formado por 3 torres. Dos de ellas con 12 plantas, las torres este y oeste, y la torre central con 17 plantas. Estas tres torres forman una “V” y se unen entre si en la planta 12. En la planta 17 de la torre central podemos encontrar una bóveda de cristal. En las plantas 13 de las torres este y oeste encontramos unas terrazas, que le corresponden a las habitaciones situadas en la planta 12. LA entrada principal del hotel se encuentra en la planta 0 de la torre central. Se incluyen en el proyecto también los catálogos de los diferentes equipos seleccionados. Además, se incluye un apartado donde se detallan los tres Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible que se garantizan en el sistema elegido para tener un compromiso futuro con la sociedad. En el pliego de condiciones que técnicas que se adjunta se detalla las normas y recomendaciones para el correcto funcionamiento de la instalación. En los planos adjuntos se detalla el sistema de la instalación de forma completa, con una fácil interpretación.

The main objective of this project is the study and design of an air conditioning system for a hotel located in the city of Cuenca. In order to carry out this, it must be taken into account that all the decisions and ideas adopted must be in accordance with the current technical and legal regulations. The hotel consists of 3 towers. Two of them with 12 floors, the east and west towers, and the central tower with 17 floors. These three towers form a "V" and are joined together on the 12th floor. On the 17th floor of the central tower we can find a glass vault. On the 13th floor of the east and west towers we find some terraces, which correspond to the rooms located on the 12th floor. The main entrance of the hotel is on the 0 floor of the central tower. The catalogues of the different selected equipment are also included in the project. In addition, a section is included detailing the three Sustainable Development Objectives that are guaranteed in the system chosen to have a future commitment to society. The attached technical specifications detail the rules and recommendations for the correct operation of the installation. The enclosed drawings detail the system of the installation in a complete way, with an easy interpretation.
