La financiación de start-ups y el efecto en la financiación de empresas consolidadas mediante su inclusión en el mercado alternativo bursátil

Abstract

Este trabajo se centra en dos objetivos fundamentales fuertemente vinculados a la financiación alternativa. En primer lugar, se presenta uno de los conceptos más recientes y con mayor proyección dentro del mundo empresarial, las start-ups. Respecto a este primer punto, a lo largo del trabajo se exponen temas tan interesantes como las diversas vías de financiación que existen a día de hoy para las start-ups o la tendencia que éstas desarrollarán de cara a los próximos años, tomando como referencia la situación en el mercado español. El otro gran objetivo del trabajo es adentrarse en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, un mercado de financiación alternativa creado recientemente en España. A través de la realización de un análisis, se pretende obtener una respuesta sobre el futuro de dicho mercado y definir si se trata de una alternativa de financiación real para las empresas españolas, o por el contrario es un mercado destinado al fracaso.

This project is focused on two main objectives, linked to alternative sources of financing. First, the start-up concept will be defined, as it is one of the most recent developments in the entrepreneurial world. Many interesting topics such as the various sources of funding for start-ups and the trends this industry will develop in the Spanish market over the coming years will be discussed throughout the project. The other mayor objective of this study is to explore the Alternative Investment Market, an alternative financial market recently created in Spain. Through an analysis, we want to deepen our knowledge of this market and determine whether this is a real source of alternative financing for Spanish companies, or this could be the fate of the market.
