La Cooperación internacional como conductor de éxito en el ámbito de trata de seres humanos en España

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la evaluación del papel de la Cooperación Internacional en el ámbito de la Trata de Seres Humanos. Queremos explicar la importancia de la cooperación y porqué se considera un conductor de éxito necesario para promover el respeto de los derechos humanos y la protección de las víctimas y de las presuntas víctimas de trata. El Proyecto Ödos es el Estudio de Caso que hemos decidido utilizar para desarrollar nuestra investigación. Mediante la investigación de fuentes primarias y secundarias, se han podido corroborar las tres hipótesis principales, y como resultado final, proponemos un modelo definitivo donde se recomienda a los actores implicados que cooperen en el ámbito de trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual.

The purpose of this Master’s Final Thesis is to evaluate the role of International Cooperation in the field of Human Trafficking. We want to explain the importance of the Cooperation, and why it is considered a key driver to success, necessary for the respect of Human Rights and the protection of the victims and the potential victims of Human Trafficking. The Ödos Project is the Case Study that we have chosen for the development of our investigation. The research of both primary and secondary sources has allowed us to corroborate the main hypothesis and, as a final result, we propose a definitive model where it is recommended that the actors involved cooperate in the field of Human Trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
