Análisis de las causas y de las posibles soluciones del desempleo juvenil en España : ¿es el contrato único la solución?

Abstract

Nuestro trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto realizar un análisis de las causas y posibles soluciones al desempleo juvenil en España. El estudio parte de una pregunta: ¿es el contrato único la solución? Para responderla comenzamos elaborando un análisis genérico y aproximado de la economía española con el objetivo de situar el problema del desempleo en su contexto. Tras este análisis y la conclusión de que el desempleo juvenil consiste en un problema estructural, realizamos un estudio de las causas que han provocado que este problema haya estado presente en nuestra economía durante tantos años. Posteriormente, profundizamos en las medidas que se han tomado hasta el momento y en aquellas que podrían solucionar el problema que nos ocupa. Entre estas últimas nos centraremos en el contrato único. Finalmente, se concluirá resolviendo nuestra pregunta original.

Our investigation work is to conduct an analysis of the causes and possible solutions to youth unemployment in Spain. The study arises from a question: ¿is the single contract the solution? In order to answer it, we start elaborating a generic and approximate analysis of the Spanish economy with the purpose of providing the unemployment problem with a context. Once concluded this analysis and after concluding the unemployment problem is a structural problem, we investigate the causes that have led to this problem during so many years. Subsequently, we deepen the measures that have been taken in order to cope with the problem, as well as on those that could solve it, focusing in the single contract. Finally, the work will be concluded answering the starting question.
