Climatización de un hotel en Albacete

Abstract

El objeto de este proyecto es la climatización de un Hotel en Albacete, estableciendo las condiciones técnicas y legales a las que deberán ajustarse las instalaciones de climatización.

La motivación del mismo es el manejo de las técnicas de climatización, muy en auge en estos últimos años.

Estas instalaciones a desarrollar comprenderán la totalidad de los sistemas de refrigeración y calefacción necesarios durante todos los días del año en unas instalaciones de estas características.

Para ello, habrá de ajustarse al Apéndice 07.1 del Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas de los Edificios, cumplimentando todos los capítulos de la RITE, con su contenido simplificado ajustado al tipo de instalación de que se trata.

Además, se tendrán en cuenta los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, de los que se tratarán tanto el punto 11 como el punto 12: Ciudades y Comunidades Sostenibles; Producción y Consumo Responsable.

En edificios como los hoteles, se propone mejoras en aislamientos y acristalamiento. Pero también el empleo de calderas grandes, con un consumo de energía menor por unidad de calor producida, la sustitución de plantas enfriadoras por otras con rendimientos frigoríficos superiores, la incorporación de aire no exterior en los climatizadores y el empleo del enfriamiento gratuito (denominado free-cooling), que es un sistema de reducción del consumo energético que toma el aire exterior para aprovechar su baja entalpía cuando las condiciones exteriores son favorables, lo cual disminuye el uso de los equipos de aire acondicionado.

En este proyecto se buscará dimensionar los equipos de climatización del mencionado edificio, incluyendo los equipos en régimen de verano -refrigeración- y en régimen de invierno -calefacción-, así como los climatizadores, las tuberías de agua fría y caliente, y los conductos de impulsión y retorno de aire. Todo ello teniendo en cuenta el volumen de aire a renovar según la ocupación del edificio y las extracciones en los aseos.

Adicionalmente, estudiaremos el sistema integrado de control de la instalación, cuyo objeto es el correcto funcionamiento de la misma, así como la facilidad de uso y mantenimiento por parte de los usuarios.

These facilities to be developed will comprise all the necessary cooling and heating systems every day of the year in facilities of these characteristics.

To do this, it must comply with Appendix 07.1 of the Thermal Installations of Buildings Regulations, completing all the RITE chapters, with their simplified content adjusted to the type of installation in question.

In addition, the Sustainable Development Goals will be taken into account, which will deal with both point 11 and point 12: Sustainable Cities and Communities; Responsible Production and Consumption.

In buildings such as hotels, improvements in insulation and glazing are proposed. But also the use of large boilers, with a lower energy consumption per unit of heat produced, the replacement of chiller plants by others with higher refrigeration efficiencies, the incorporation of non-external air in the air conditioners and the use of free cooling (called free -cooling), which is a system for reducing energy consumption that takes the outside air to take advantage of its low enthalpy when the outdoor conditions are favorable, which reduces the use of air conditioning equipment.

This project will seek to dimension the air conditioning equipment of the aforementioned building, including the equipment in the summer regime -cooling- and in the winter regime -heating-, as well as the air conditioners, diffusers and grilles, the hot and cold water pipes, and the air supply and return ducts. All this taking into account the volume of air to be renewed according to the occupation of the building and the extractions in the toilets.

Additionally, we will study the integrated control system of the installation, whose object is the correct operation of the same, as well as the ease of use and maintenance by users.
