| dc.description.abstract | Cuando hablamos del futuro, solemos hacerlo con cierta vacilación. Sin embargo, la apuesta por el vehículo eléctrico es ya una cuestión presente, siendo su auge cada vez más evidente. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis jurídico del marco fiscal de esta nueva forma de movilidad en España, a fin de adquirir una visión global sobre aspectos tan relevantes como los programas e incentivos que impulsan la compra de los mismos y la expansión de su infraestructura de recarga. Asimismo, se lleva a cabo una investigación exhaustiva sobre el desarrollo y funcionamiento del vehículo eléctrico y sobre la situación en Noruega, el país europeo con mayor proporción de vehículos eléctricos per cápita del mundo. Ello nos permitirá acercarnos a los factores coadyuvantes a la revolución que el desarrollo de la movilidad eléctrica está suponiendo en nuestro país, identificando así el camino a seguir de cara a lograr una mayor sostenibilidad en el entorno del parque automovilístico. | es-ES |

| dc.keywords | When we talk about the future, we tend to do so with some hesitation. However, the commitment to the electric vehicle is already a present issue, and its boom is becoming more and more evident. In this paper we carry out a legal analysis of the fiscal framework of this new form of mobility in Spain, in order to acquire a global vision of relevant aspects such as the programs and incentives that promote the purchase of these vehicles and the expansion of their recharging infrastructure. Likewise, an exhaustive research is carried out on the development and operation of electric vehicles and on the situation in Norway, the European country with the highest proportion of electric vehicles per capita in the world. This will allow us to approach the factors contributing to the revolution that the development of electric mobility is bringing about in our country, thus identifying the path to follow in order to achieve greater sustainability in the vehicle fleet environment. | es-ES |
