TRABAJO DE FIN DE MÁSTER ACCESO A LA ABOGACÍA

Abstract

En este documento se harán dos informes: el primero a petición del Consejo de Administración de la Sociedad CIRTRONIC, el segundo solicitado por la Sra. Lidón y la Sra. Amparo, socias de la misma sociedad. En estos informes se analizarán las diferentes operaciones que la empresa realizará para ver cuáles son las mejores alternativas. Concretamente, la mejor forma de adquirir la marca de una empresa italiana (CIRCERÁMICA) y la posibilidad de trasladarse a Holanda para posteriormente fusionarse con una filial del socio VULTURE.

In this paper two reports will be made: the first one attending the request of the Board of Directors of the Company CIRTRONIC, the second requested by Ms. Lidón and Ms. Amparo, partners of the same company. In these reports will be analyzed different operations that the company will carry out to see which are the best alternatives. Specifically, the best way to acquire the brand of an Italian company (CIRCERÁMICA) and the possibility of moving to the Netherlands to later merge with a subsidiary of the partner VULTURE.
