Proyecto de Climatización de Hotel en Cuenca

Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto es implementar todo el proceso de climatización de un hotel ubicado en Cuenca. Para ello tendré en cuenta las necesidades del edificio y su ubicación. Una de las principales características de este proyecto es que lo haré de la misma manera que los ingenieros contratados por el gobierno o instituciones de enseñanza privadas. Esto significa que el diseño conceptual de la instalación se realizará de acuerdo con la carga ambiental de la zona y las necesidades especiales del edificio. A través de este diseño conceptual, se puede formular un catálogo y presupuesto de los equipos necesarios.

El proyecto se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con toda la normativa vigente para la edificación de instalaciones térmicas y bajo la aplicación de factores de seguridad para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento. Un factor muy importante del proyecto es el coste, por ello, optimizaremos al máximo nuestra instalación para que sea económicamente viable.

Es necesario comprender profundamente el significado de la estructura del edificio en el diseño del dispositivo, por lo que es necesario planificar las redes de tuberías hidráulicas y conductos. La forma y el tamaño del edificio son cruciales a la hora de diseñar el recorrido de estas redes. Es necesario superar los problemas inherentes a la forma del edificio y aprovechar su espacio para optimizar la instalación y hacerla efectiva.

The aim of the project is to implement the entire air conditioning process of a hotel located in Cuenca. I will take into account the needs of the building and its location. One of the main characteristics of this project is that I will do it in the same way as the engineers contracted by the government or private educational institutions. This means that the conceptual design of the installation will be done according to the environmental load of the area and the special needs of the building. Through this conceptual design, a catalogue and budget for the required equipment can be formulated.

The project will be carried out in accordance with all current regulations for building thermal installations and under the application of safety factors to ensure proper operation. A very important factor in the project is the cost, therefore, we will optimise our installation to the maximum so that it is economically viable.

It is necessary to deeply understand the significance of the building structure in the design of the device, so it is necessary to plan the hydraulic pipe networks and ducts. The shape and size of the building is crucial when designing the routing of these networks. It is necessary to overcome the problems inherent in the shape of the building and make use of its space to optimise the installation and make it effective.
