Gendered Justice Policies on Reaching the Most Vulnerable and Extreme Poor in Sub Saharan Africa

Abstract

The chapter analyzes the policies for expanding access to justice to poor and marginalized communities. In particular, it examines the role of technology and reform policies towards a more effective implementation of justice right and ultimately a greater fulfillment of human rights.
