Trata de seres humanos en España

Abstract

A lo largo del presente trabajo se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica acerca de un fenómeno que lleva siglos instaurado en nuestra sociedad, la trata de seres humanos. Por su analogía con la esclavitud, fue en el año 2000 cuando las Naciones Unidas, de forma consensuada, le pusieron voz por primera vez, pero, no es hasta la reforma del 2015 cuando se incluye en nuestra legislación. Debido al corto período de tiempo que este delito lleva persiguiéndose a nivel mundial, son muchas las personas que confunden y no tienen claros los distintos conceptos que le rodean. Es por ello por lo que este escrito pretende mostrar estadísticas e información que clarifiquen y hagan tangible la realidad actual de esta tipología delictual, focalizando la atención no solo en la figura de víctima sino también de victimario.

Throughout this bibliographic review we are going to talk about a phenomenon that has been established in our society for centuries, the trafficking of human beings. Due to its analogy with slavery, it was in 2000 when the United Nations, by consensus, gave it a voice for the first time, but it was not until the 2015 reform included in our legislation. Due to the short period of time that this crime has been persecuted worldwide, there are many aspects that are confused and not clear about the different concepts surround it. That is why this review aim is to show statistics and information that clarify and make tangible the current reality of this criminal typology, not just focusing on the figure of the victim but also of the perpetrator.
