Estudio, evolución y propuestas de reforma del sistema de financiación autonómico español

Abstract

Actualmente existe en España una clara crisis político-territorial cuyas consecuencias principales vienen provocadas por el establecimiento de un sistema de financiación de las Comunidades Autónomas ciertamente mejorable en términos de justicia distributiva e igualdad social. En el siguiente estudio se realiza un análisis de la estructura y evolución de dicho sistema de financiación identificando los problemas principales que éste presenta y proponiendo algunas posibles medidas para lograr una mayor justicia e igualdad social entre todos los españoles independientemente de en qué Comunidad Autónoma residan.

Currently in Spain there is a clear political-territorial crisis whose main effects are caused by the establishment of a system of financing of the Autonomous Communities certainly improved in terms of distributive justice and social equality. On the following study an analysis of the structure and evolution of the system of financing is done by identifying the main problems that it presents and by proposing potential measures to achieve greater social justice and equality among all Spaniards regardless the Autonomous Community in which they reside.
