Análisis de la situación de los MENAS y JIEX en España

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende abarcar la situación que viven los MENAS y JIEX en España, así como crear un proyecto de intervención que se adecue a sus necesidades. Estos jóvenes son especialmente vulnerables dadas sus características y el proyecto migratorio que han vivido, diferente en cada joven, pero similar en sueños y expectativas hacia el futuro. Las condiciones de estos jóvenes no son las mismas que las de otros menores nacionales que están bajo el amparo y la protección del estado. Si no que por sus vivencias van a necesitar que se abarquen otro tipo de cosas como el proyecto migratorio con el que han venido o el duelo migratorio que presentan. Esto no quiere decir que se les diversifique si no que se trabaje sobre estos aspectos para su correcta adaptación a la sociedad. Consiguiendo así que los futuros JIEX tengan un camino más sencillo que recorrer.

This work aims to cover the situation experienced by MENAS and JIEX in Spain, as well as to create an intervention project that is adapted to their needs. These young people are especially vulnerable given their characteristics and the migration project they have lived through, which is different for each young person, but similar in terms of dreams and expectations for the future. The conditions of these young people are not the same as those of other national minors who are under the protection and care of the state. Their experiences will mean that they will need to be covered in other ways, such as the migration project they have come with or the migratory mourning they have experienced. This does not mean that they should be diversified, but rather that work should be done on these aspects for their correct adaptation to society. In this way, future JIEX have an easier path to follow.
