La figura del emprendedor de responsabilidad limitada

Abstract

Recientemente se ha originado en la legislación española la Ley 14/2013, de 27 de septiembre, de apoyo a los emprendedores y su internacionalización. Mediante esta Ley, el legislador pretende hacer frente a diversos problemas estructurales originados en España a raíz de la crisis económica y favorecer a la proliferación y desarrollo de nuevas empresas. Es en este contexto en el que surge la figura del Emprendedor de Responsabilidad Limitada. A lo largo de esta investigación se realizará un análisis pormenorizado de lo que comprende la figura del emprendedor, así como el ámbito de protección del mismo, mediante la limitación de la responsabilidad de su vivienda habitual, y los requisitos que debe cumplimentar para acogerse a la misma.

Recently a new law has been originated in the Spanish legislation: the Law 14/2013 of 27th of September that supports entrepreneurs and their internationalization. This law has been created to address several structural problems that have been originated in Spain due to the economic crisis. Its objective is to promote the proliferation and development of new businesses. In this context a new figure has raised: the Limited Liability Entrepreneur. Throughout this research, an analysis of what comprises this figure will be taken, as well as a description of the scope of protection of the same, by limiting the liability of their principal residence, and the requirements it must complete.
