Climatización de un Edificio de Oficinas en Albacete

Abstract

El objeto de este proyecto es la climatización de un edificio de oficinas en Albacete, estableciendo las condiciones técnicas y legales a las que deberán ajustarse las instalaciones de climatización. Estas instalaciones a desarrollar comprenderán la totalidad de los sistemas de refrigeración y calefacción necesarios durante todos los días del año en unas instalaciones de estas características. En este proyecto se buscará dimensionar los equipos de climatización del mencionado edificio. Todo ello teniendo en cuenta el volumen de aire a renovar según la ocupación del edificio y las extracciones en los aseos. Adicionalmente, se estudiará el sistema integrado de control de la instalación, cuyo objeto es el correcto funcionamiento de esta, así como la facilidad de uso y mantenimiento por parte de los usuarios.

The purpose of this project is the air-conditioning of an office building in Albacete, establishing the technical and legal conditions to which the air-conditioning installations must conform. These installations to be developed will include all the cooling and heating systems necessary for every day of the year in installations of these characteristics. This project will seek to dimension the air-conditioning equipment of the aforementioned building. This will take into account the volume of air to be renewed according to the occupancy of the building and the extractions in the toilets. In addition, the integrated control system for the installation will be studied, with the aim of ensuring its correct operation, as well as ease of use and maintenance by the users.
