COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on society. As the work we are commenting on points out, it has not only caused millions of deaths in the world, but has also generated serious economic and social problems and there is no doubt that there is a before and after this pandemic.
The objective of this work is to analyze, on the one hand, the norms promulgated by the Spanish State in their incidence on the fundamental right of religious freedom, and, on the other, the norms promulgated by the Catholic Church in Spain, also collecting the universal norms of the Holy See, since the SARS-CoV-2 broke in Spain until the summer of 2020 when the first state of alarm decreed to protect citizens from COVID-19 was lifted.
