Planning of an infraestructure project

Abstract

El tema del proyecto es el estudio y la comprensión de la gestión de un gran proyecto de infraestructura. El trabajo constará de dos partes: el capítulo teórico y práctico. El tema de la parte teórica será la introducción a la problemática de los grandes proyectos de infraestructuras y las bases de la gestión de proyectos. El tema de la parte práctica será el estudio completo de la gestión de un proyecto de infraestructura real desde la práctica, proporcionado por Mott MacDonald.

The subject of the project is the study and insight into the management of a large infrastructure project. The bachelor thesis will consist of two parts: the theoretical and practical chapters.
