Análisis de la Política Agraria Común (PAC) y su implementación en el territorio español desde un enfoque de género y medioambiental.

Abstract

Actualmente, la situación de degradación medioambiental y desigualdad de género es tan grave que están surgiendo movimientos como el ecofeminismo, agendas internacionales como la Agenda2030 de Naciones Unidas y alternativas como la Soberanía Alimentaria, que se focalizan y transversalizan estos temas, buscando guiar y hacer presión en la elaboración de las políticas públicas para revertir la situación de crisis mundial en la que nos encontramos actualmente. La Política Agraria Común europea se encuentra, actualmente, en el último periodo de negociaciones para su nueva reforma 2021-2027. Esta política es de elevada importancia ya que, además de regular la producción y el mercado agrario, tiene como objetivo garantizar un nivel de vida equitativo al campesinado (donde están las mujeres incluidas), conservar los recursos naturales y respetar el medio ambiente y, por lo tanto, afecta directamente al medioambiente y a la equidad de género. Con este trabajo se pretende analizar la contribución de la PAC en la reducción de dichos retos.

Currently, the situation of environmental degradation and gender inequality is profoundly serious. For this reason, movements like ecofeminism, international agendas like United Nations Agenda 2030 and alternatives like Food Sovereignty are emerging in the hope of placing the mainstream focus on these issues and pressuring into the elaboration of public policies to reverse the global crisis in which we find ourselves today. The European Common Agricultural Policy is currently in the last stage of negotiations for its new reform 2021-2027. It is a policy of high importance since, in addition to regulating production and the agricultural market, it aims to guarantee an equitable standard of living for the peasantry (where women are included), preserve natural resources and respect the environment and, therefore, it directly affects the environment and gender equity. The aim of this work is to analyze the contribution of the CAP in reducing these challenges.
