Análisis y comparación de datos sobre el teletrabajo, y sus posibilidades a futuro.

Abstract

Este trabajo se ha centrado en realizar un análisis de las causas que han provocado, a raíz de la pandemia del coronavirus, el teletrabajo, así como en estudiar datos de cinco países similares económicamente a España, dentro de la Unión Europea. Para la selección de estos cinco países, se realizó, a partir de datos de la Unión Europea, un listado que recogía el Producto Interior Bruto de todos los países de la Unión, y se escogieron los más cercanos a España. A lo largo de este trabajo, se han tratado de probar tres hipótesis: la primera, acerca de la edad de los trabajadores que habían creado tendencia en cuanto al uso de los trabajadores; la segunda, si el teletrabajo era eficiente en términos económicos para las empresas, es decir, si las empresas están ahorrando dinero cuando los trabajadores se encuentran trabajando desde sus casas; y la tercera, trata de estudiar cómo ha afectado la implantación del teletrabajo a las relaciones entre los trabajadores, en términos de productividad.

This work has been centered in making an analysis of the causes that have provoked, as a result of the pandemic of the coronavirus, the telework, as well as in studying data of five countries economically similar to Spain, within the European Union. For the selection of these five countries, it was realized, from data of the European Union, a list that gathered the Gross Domestic Product of all the countries of the Union, and the nearest to Spain were chosen. Throughout this work, we have tried to test three hypotheses: the first one, about the age of workers that had created a trend in terms of workers' use; the second one, if teleworking was efficient in economic terms for companies, that is, if companies are saving money when workers are working from home; and the third one, tries to study how the implementation of teleworking has affected the relationships between workers, in terms of productivity.
