Organización autonómica del Estado en la Constitución. Sus problemas y soluciones

Abstract

La Constitución Española de 1978 establece el régimen autonómico como una forma de organización territorial del Estado español. Sin embargo, a lo largo de los años, este sistema ha enfrentado diversos problemas y desafíos que han puesto a prueba su funcionamiento y eficacia. En este trabajo de investigación se analizará el Estado Autonómico en la Constitución, sus problemas más relevantes y las posibles soluciones a estos. Ahondando en temas como la financiación autonómica, la relación entre las comunidades autónomas y el papel del Gobierno del Estado en todo lo anterior, se pretende proporcionar una visión completa y actualizada sobre la situación actual del Estado Autonómico en España.

The Spanish Constitution of 1978 established the autonomous regime as a form of territorial organization of Spain. However, over the years, this system has faced various problems and challenges that have tested its functioning and effectiveness. This research paper will analyze the Autonomous State in the Constitution, its most relevant problems and possible solutions to them. Delving into issues such as autonomous financing, the relationship between the autonomous communities and the role of the State Government in all of the above, the aim is to provide a complete and updated view of the current situation of the Autonomous State in Spain.
