dc.description.abstractEl trabajo analiza la evolución de la regulación relativa al ejercicio de la capacidad por parte de las personas con discapacidad introducido por la Ley 8/2021 que implementa el sistema actual de apoyos. La mencionada evolución está particularmente contemplada desde la normativa y la jurisprudencia presentes tras la Convención Internacional de Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad hasta el momento posterior a la implementación del contenido de la Ley 8/2021 de protección de la persona con discapacidad en el ejercicio de su capacidad jurídica.es-ES
dc.description.abstractThe paper analyzes the evolution of the regulation concerning the exercise of capacity by persons with disabilities introduced by Law 8/2021 that implements the current system of supports. The evolution mentioned above is particularly contemplated from the regulations and jurisprudence present after the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to the moment after the implementation of the contents of Law 8/2021 on the protection of persons with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity.en-GB
