Si aplicamos la regla de la Fed según la cual la valoración de la bolsa americana debe ser la que marca la equiparación entre la TIR del bono a 10 años y la inversa del PER, la TIR actual del bono americano justificaría un PER de hasta 50 veces (17 actual); a la inversa, el PER actual se justificaría con una TIR de
hasta el 6%.
Parece evidente que en la actualidad lo más anormal es la baja TIR del bono, pero en cualquier caso la discrepancia entre bolsa y bono es todavía muy alta. If we apply the Fed rule according to which the valuation of the American stock market must be the one that marks the equalization between the IRR of the 10-year bond and the inverse of the PER, the current IRR of the US bond would justify a P/E of up to 50 times (current 17); conversely, the current P/E would be justified with an IRR of up to 6%.
It seems evident that at present the most abnormal thing is the low IRR of the bond, but in any case the discrepancy between stock market and bond is still very high
